Delivery & Pickup Policy

Flower Studio Sul offers local delivery and pickup for fresh floral arrangements on Oahu.

Delivery Area

We currently offer local delivery to Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Ko Olina, Honolulu, and surrounding areas on Oahu. Delivery availability may vary depending on the date, time, location, traffic, weather, and order volume.

Pickup

Local pickup may be available by appointment only. Pickup details, including the confirmed pickup time and location, will be provided after your order is placed.

Delivery Time

We do our best to deliver within the requested delivery window. However, delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, venue access, building security, road closures, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Recipient Availability

Please make sure the recipient, venue, hotel, restaurant, or delivery location is available to receive the flowers during the scheduled delivery time. If no one is available to receive the order, we may contact the customer for further instructions. Additional delivery fees may apply if a second delivery attempt is required.

Hotel, Restaurant, and Venue Deliveries

For deliveries to hotels, restaurants, venues, offices, hospitals, or similar locations, the customer is responsible for confirming that the location will accept flower deliveries. Once the flowers are delivered to the front desk, concierge, restaurant staff, venue staff, or another authorized representative, the order will be considered successfully delivered.

Fresh Flower Availability & Substitutions

All arrangements are made with fresh flowers, and flower availability may vary depending on season, market conditions, shipment delays, and flower quality. If certain flowers are unavailable or do not meet our quality standards, Flower Studio Sul may substitute flowers of similar color, style, and value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please carefully review the delivery address, recipient name, phone number, and delivery date before placing your order. Flower Studio Sul is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
