Flower Studio Sul is a floral studio based in Kapolei, Hawaii, offering fresh floral arrangements, sympathy flowers, bouquets, and local floral delivery and pickup on Oahu.

Products and Availability

All floral products are made with fresh flowers. Flower availability may vary depending on season, market conditions, shipment delays, and quality. We reserve the right to substitute flowers, greenery, vases, containers, or design elements with items of similar style, color, and value when necessary.

Photos shown on our website, social media, or marketing materials are for style and design reference only. Because flowers are natural products, each arrangement is unique and may vary in color, size, shape, flower type, and overall appearance.

Orders

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete, including customer contact information, delivery address, recipient information, delivery date, and any special instructions.

Flower Studio Sul is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Pricing

Prices are subject to change without notice. The final price will be shown at checkout or confirmed before the order is completed. Additional fees may apply for delivery, rush orders, custom requests, or special handling.

Payment

Payment is required to confirm an order. Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been received and accepted.

Delivery and Pickup

Delivery and pickup are subject to availability. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be affected by traffic, weather, venue access, building security, road closures, or other circumstances outside of our control.

For deliveries to hotels, restaurants, venues, offices, hospitals, or similar locations, the order will be considered successfully delivered once it is accepted by the front desk, concierge, staff member, venue representative, or other authorized person.

Refunds, Returns, and Cancellations

Because fresh flowers are perishable and custom-prepared, all sales are final once an order is confirmed. We do not accept returns on fresh flowers or floral products. Refunds and cancellations are subject to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Care After Delivery or Pickup

Fresh flowers are delicate and may be affected by heat, sunlight, air conditioning, handling, transportation, and water conditions. Once an order has been delivered, picked up, or handled by the recipient or third party, Flower Studio Sul is not responsible for damage, wilting, or reduced vase life caused by improper care or environmental conditions.

Custom Orders

Custom floral orders may require additional lead time. We will do our best to follow the requested style, color palette, and design direction, but final floral selection is subject to availability and quality.

Limitation of Liability

Flower Studio Sul is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to the use of our website, products, or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.
