Shipping policy

Flower Studio Sul is a pickup-focused floral studio based in Hawaii.

At this time, we offer pickup for most orders. Delivery may be available by request only and is subject to scheduling, availability, and delivery location.

Delivery fees are not included unless otherwise stated. If delivery is requested, an additional fee will apply based on the distance from our shop.

Because we work with fresh and seasonal flowers in Hawaii, supply availability may occasionally be affected by shipping interruptions, weather conditions, or market availability. We appreciate your understanding if substitutions are needed.

Once an order has been picked up or delivered, Flower Studio Sul is not responsible for any damages or issues that occur afterward.
