Final Sale & Floral Design Policy

Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers and the custom nature of each arrangement, all sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted.

Each floral arrangement is carefully handcrafted using premium-quality blooms. While we make every effort to honor the agreed-upon design, specific flower varieties may occasionally require substitution due to availability, seasonal conditions, or quality considerations. Any necessary substitutions will be thoughtfully selected to maintain the intended color palette, design style, overall aesthetic, and comparable floral value.

Once an arrangement has been completed and delivered or picked up, requests for modifications to the design, flower varieties, colors, or personalized details cannot be accommodated.

Delivery & Pickup: Arrangements may be scheduled for studio pickup or delivery, depending on the client's preferences and availability. All fulfillment details must be confirmed in advance. Delivery fees, when applicable, will be determined based on the delivery location and communicated prior to final confirmation.

Order Acknowledgment
