Flower Order Information

Please note that each floral arrangement is made by hand and may not look exactly like the reference photo. While we will follow the overall color palette and style as closely as possible, we use the freshest seasonal flowers available at the time of your order. This means specific flower varieties may be substituted based on seasonality, market availability, and quality.

Because flowers are natural products, slight variations in shape, size, color, and bloom stage are normal and should be expected. These natural differences are part of what makes each arrangement unique.

We take great care in preparing and delivering every order. However, flowers are delicate by nature, and minor bruising, petal movement, or shifting may occur during transportation or delivery. We are not responsible for slight damage or natural wear that may happen in transit.

To help your flowers look their best upon arrival, please carefully unwrap and handle the arrangement, keep it in a cool indoor area away from direct sunlight and heat, and add fresh water as needed. For bouquets or wrapped flowers, placing them in water as soon as possible is strongly recommended.
